Sexual Health
In the Sexual Health and Harm Reduction program, I provide supportive counselling and health teaching related to sexuality, sexually transmitted infections, relationships, birth control, pregnancy and harm reduction. On this page you will find several links and resources that I utilize as a Public Health Nurse in order to provide accurate health information to clients. One of my favourite resources happens to be the Sex & U - "SOS" web app, which provides guidance related to contraception.
